Olive Sprig Watercolor Journal
This journal is handbound using waxed black linen thread in a Coptic stitch. The cover is wrapped in hand screen printed recycled cotton paper from India with a red olive sprig motif. The endpapers are made of red cardstock.
The body of this journal is made of 80 pages / 40 sheets of Fabriano Artistico hot press watercolor paper. This paper is 100% cotton and is ideal for watercolor, tempera, gouche, acrylic, link, charcoal, graphite and drawing.
This binding method allows this book to open and lay perfectly flat for ease of use.

Cardstock: Our cardstocks are all light-weight and acid-free. We use a variety of textures, but mostly smooth for use in our journals.
Journal Pages: Our default paper for journals is Canson Universal Sketch paper. It's best for dry media like pencil, pens, and charcoal. It's natural white, acid-free, has excellent erasability and is smudge resistant.
